This month flew by. I only have a couple favorites to share this month but they're all goodies. Really excited that there is only one more month of summer left. I am so ready for fall. I lived in Florida for over 20 years, so I've had enough warm weather to last a lifetime. I'm so ready for Colorado fall and wintertime.

Dyson Animal Ball 2 - I ordered this vacuum during the Prime Day sale, and I'm so glad I got it. The suction on this vacuum is absolutely insane. It sounds like a jet engine when you first turn it on. I wouldn't use this on steps (too heavy) or rugs (too much suction), but it works perfectly on carpet and is especially good about getting every last bit of pet hair up. My only complaint has been that the extremely long wire does not stay wrapped while vacuuming. The angle makes it almost instantly fall off and unravel. With this being my only complaint though, I think it's totally worth it.

Nest doorbell - I've wanted one of these for a while. It's even better than I thought it would be. I find it incredibly helpful to get notifications on my phone when anyone is at the door. One, because for some reason, package delivery people in my area do not ring the doorbell. This always annoyed me, but now I get a notification as soon as my items arrive. And two, because I can check who's at the door before interrupting my work. That way I'm not pausing a meeting I'm leading to get the door just for a salesperson. I have no complaints about this doorbell so far.

Mattress protector - We ordered a new king size bed and needed to find a new mattress protector. The protector we got for our last bed came from the mattress company, and I always loved the protection it provided, but I didn't love the texture. This time I took a chance and ordered one from Amazon. It ended up paying off. The new one still has great protection, but it also has a super soft texture and fits our new bed perfectly. I'll be ordering another one soon to replace the one on our old (now guest) bed.

Sazza pizza - This place offers the best pizza I've ever had. It's hard to find pizza that doesn't make me feel sick while also being tasty, but this one fits the bill. They also offer the only dessert pizzas that I've ever actually liked. Just writing about it is making me crave it. Also, their staff is extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Best pizza restaurant ever.

Grace and Frankie - Despite this show having several seasons, this was my first month watching. In case you haven't seen, this show revolves around 2 women in their 70s who's long-time husbands fall in love with each other and decide to divorce them. The actors on the show are all amazing, and I really enjoy the comedy. It's a great show to watch when you just want to chill and have a good laugh.

Veronica Mars - I'm absolutely obsessed with this show. I've always been a big Kristen Bell fan, but I hadn't heard of this show until recently when Hulu decided to restart the show with a new series. I started from the beginning and I'm in love with the cast, story, and dialogue. It's one of the few shows I can watch without multi-tasking and doing something else at the same time to keep busy/entertained. I've been so surprised by the number of guest stars on this show that are huge names now. There are only 3 original series, but it actually takes a decent amount of time to get through since there are about 20 episodes in each series and they're all around 40 minutes each. They've also added a new movie and series recently. I look forward to watching them all.
